About Fafi Troyer

Born and raised in Dorado, Estefanía “Fafi” Troyer has spent a lifetime immersed in the community she now serves. Her deep local roots, longstanding connection to Dorado Beach, and firsthand understanding of the area’s most sought-after neighborhoods give her clients a perspective few can match.

After earning dual master’s degrees in Business Analytics and Risk Management and Healthcare Administration from Johns Hopkins University, Fafi returned home to Puerto Rico with her husband, Kyle, where they are now raising their two sons.

Before entering real estate, Fafi worked as a financial analyst, analyzing business performance and growth opportunities across its portfolio of digitally focused companies. She also worked in clinical research, bringing together the analytical discipline of finance with the precision and personal care of healthcare. That experience now informs her thoughtful, data-driven approach to every transaction.

Having also spent years in the mainland United States, Fafi effortlessly bridges both worlds. She connects as naturally with established Puerto Rican families as she does with Act 60 investors, relocating executives, and luxury buyers discovering Dorado for the first time.

Fafi’s commitment to caring for others is deeply personal. Raised in a family of physicians, with a mother and grandfather devoted to medicine, she once planned to become a doctor herself.
