About Kyle Troyer

Kyle Troyer came to Puerto Rico the same way many of his clients do: following a liquidity event and making one of the most significant financial decisions of his life. After selling a chain of urgent care centers on the mainland, Kyle relocated to the island ten years ago, when today’s Act 60 incentives were still known as Acts 20 and 22.

Having made the move himself, Kyle understands Puerto Rico’s opportunities from the inside. He knows the tax strategy, the due diligence, the legal nuances of Puerto Rico transactions, and the questions that only occur to you after you have relocated, invested, and begun building a life on the island.

Kyle remains active in healthcare as the owner of an urgent care center in Arizona, where he focuses on billing, operations, and optimization. His entrepreneurial background has shaped the practical, business-minded approach he brings to real estate, particularly when evaluating opportunities, assessing risk, and navigating complex decisions.

That perspective is the foundation of TROYER & CO., the brokerage Kyle founded alongside his wife and business partner, Estefanía. Together, they created what Kyle wished he had when he first arrived: more than a real estate broker, but a trusted advisor who understands both the transaction and the transition.

As a licensed Puerto Rico real estate broker and active investor with his own portfolio of properties across the island, Kyle brings firsthand experience to every conversation. His clients value his straightforward advice and his understanding of what it takes to invest in Puerto Rico and make the island home.

Kyle leads TROYER & CO. alongside Estefanía and lives in Dorado with their sons, Atlas and Thor.
